Waiting to be sentenced can be an extremely stressful and scary experience for anybody. Next Step has now consolidated its Remand Scheme which works with young people who are remanded to local authority and the foster families who care for them. They will need full time commitment to their care, their own bedroom, space to think and consider their situation, empathy regarding their circumstances, support with their education and your support at court appearances.
